Romans 3:23 says that \u201call have sinned and fall short of the glory of God\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Believe<\/strong>\u00a0that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Romans 6:23 says that the \u201cwages of sin is death\u201d and the \u201cgift of God is Jesus Christ\u201d. Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for sins we committed. We could never pay that price. God paid it for us.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Confess<\/strong>\u00a0your sins to God and embrace God\u2019s gift in Jesus Christ. Romans 5:8 says that God \u201cdemonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decide<\/strong>\u00a0to follow Jesus with your life. Romans 10:13 \u201cfor everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pray a prayer similar to this one: \u201cDear Jesus, I have sinned before God by rejecting you. I confess my sins and ask you to come into my heart to be the focus of my life. I give my life to you and accept your forgiveness. I know you will grant me strength for today, even as I now have hope for tomorrow because you paid the price for my sins\u201d.
